February 2011 – Igor Varlamov is appointed as General Director of «Binnopharm» CJSC.

November 2010 – CJSC «Binnopharm» (Biopharmaceutical Company of JSFC «Sistema») and GlaxoSmithKline (Great Britain) signed strategic alliance agreement. In accordance with this collaboration GlaxoSmithKline is to carry out know-how and technologies transfer to CJSC «Binnopharm», as well as specialists’ trainings and manufacturing processes audit. Realization of this project will provide localization of the innovative pediatric vaccines production in RF.

October 2010 – Joint project of «Binnopharm» CJSC and Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov «Creation of High-Tech Production of Cell Technology Products for Regenerative Medicine» has won at public competition of the Ministry of Education and Science under Decree № 218 of the Government of the Russian Federation.

April 2010 – «Binnopharm» CJSC is a winner of the Russian national competition «The Best Russian Enterprises. Dynamics, Efficiency, Responsibility – 2009». Nomination – «Innovation Project».

March 2010 – «Binnopharm» Company is a resident of Moscow Special Economic Zone.

January 2010 – «Binnopharm» Company is a member of Rosmedprom Association of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP).

December 2009 – «Binnopharm» Company has entered the structure of Moscow Industrial Business and Trade Association (MTPP); Registration Certificate № 122-589.

October 2009 – Inauguration of «Binnopharm» CJSC biotechnological and pharmaceutical complex.

May 2009 – Completion of construction of «Binnopharm» CJSC’s plant in the City of Zelenograd, Zelenograd Administrative Division of the City of Moscow.

July 2008 – Maxim Uvarov is appointed as General Director of «Binnopharm» CJSC.

March 2006 – «Binnopharm» Closed Joint Stock Company is founded, with 100% of the charter capital belonging to AFK «Sistema».
