Pharmaceutical Production of «Binnopharm» CJSC

Designed capacity of pharmaceutical production allows to provision for needs of the hospital sector of the Russian Federation in prescribed generics for basic forms to full extent.

The enterprise's infrastructure complies with the European standards of organizing the pharmaceutical production capacities. Water treatment plant is fully automated and equipped with controllers for continuous monitoring of water quality. As early as at the design stage, there had been considered the specific features of Zelenograd water, with specially designed equipment and sequence of treatment operations to achieve parameters of injection and purified water used in production. The output of the water treatment plant for purified water is more than 3000 liters per hour, and for injection water - more than 900 liters per hour.

Production employs "clean" and controlled premises with total area of some 20 thousand square meters, and more than 200 units of automated air conditioning systems, as well as variety of ventilation chambers. More than 350 finish fine air cleaning filters are installed.

Apart from genetic engineering drug preparations, the "Binnopharm" complex produces classical pharmaceutical items: pills, capsules, cartridges, vials, aerosols, and sprays.
